Keeping the perspective....

I recently have had a couple discussions lately with several people where they have felt that their pages were not "as good" as someone else's. I'm pretty sure that currently the Olympic committee is not considering adding scrapbooking to it's line up for trials. And really what would be the point? How can a set of judges really determine which LO's are better than others? Scrapbooking is subjective and if you are waiting on the critiques of others to validate that you make great pages, you are doing this for the wrong reason. You make great pages because you have taken the time to document your life for those who come after you. And honestly, there is no one that can compete with that.

With that being said, I wanted to share a LO from my SOY entry. I love it because it is one of the first LO's that I have done about me since I started. It was a nice change a pace and allowed me to get all girly. Thanks for checking it out and have a great day!

Love your style! Totally Fun!
I agree 100% that art is always a personal journey. Validation is a sweet thing, however! :)
